Jubilee Rifle Range
The Jubilee Rifle Range (in lower Glen Tilt, beyond Blairuachadair) has a shooting programme throughout the summer months. This is usually short-range shooting and does not affect access. On a few days each year, there are long-range shoots, when access must be restricted for your safety. On these days, signs are put up at the Glen Tilt Car Park and beyond, and diversions given.
THE TRACK THROUGH THE RIFLE RANGE WILL BE CLOSED WHEN LONG-RANGE SHOOTING IS TAKING PLACE.
THE RIFLE RANGE WILL THEREFORE BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC ON THE FOLLOWING DAYS IN 2010:

SHORT-RANGE SHOOTING TAKES PLACE ON THE DAYS LISTED BELOW - IT IS SAFE TO PASS THROUGH ON THESE DAYS PROVIDED YOU STAY ON THE MAIN TRACK.
